This season, Tatum averages an impressive 30.1 points per game in the NBA and has already led the Celtics to the NBA Finals and four Eastern Conference finals.
On the ice, Matthew Tkachuk left Chaminade after ninth grade to join the U.S. National Development Team. Now in his seventh NHL season, Tkachuk has scored 40 goals in consecutive seasons. His current team, the Florida Panthers, are one win away from their first Stanley Cup Final appearance since 1996, thanks in large part to Tkachuk's contributions.

Meanwhile, Clayton Kershaw had an immaculate high school season, striking out 139 batters and delivering an all-strikeout perfect game. Tommy Edman set school records for hits, runs, doubles, and stolen bases at La Jolla. He had 91 stolen bases in four varsity seasons and is now a versatile asset for the St. Louis Cardinals, starting at second base, third base, and shortstop with a career batting average of .271.

Norcross High in Georgia boasts alumni like Diamond DeShields and Lorenzo Carter. DeShields won three state basketball titles in high school, averaging 26 points per game as a senior. The No. 3 overall pick in the 2018 WNBA draft, she has played for the Chicago Sky, Phoenix Mercury, and Dallas Wings, contributing significantly to the Sky's 2021 championship run.
Lorenzo Carter, who recorded 132 tackles and six sacks as a senior, led Norcross to a state championship. After being picked in the third round by the New York Giants in 2018, Carter currently plays for the Atlanta Falcons with 18.5 career sacks.

Allen High in Texas is the alma mater of Kyler Murray and Bo Nickal. Murray led his high school team to three state titles with an astonishing 43 consecutive wins. He accounted for 186 touchdowns during his prep career, won the 2018 Heisman Trophy at Oklahoma, and was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. Murray also won the NFL Rookie of the Year and led the Arizona Cardinals to the playoffs in 2021.
Bo Nickal, a dominant force in wrestling, won state championships in three different weight classes and lost just seven matches in high school. He secured three national titles at Penn State and earned a UFC contract after standout performances in Dana White's Contender Series, winning all four of his professional bouts to date.
